PURPOSE: A flexible printed circuit board(PCB) manufacturing method is provided to decrease producing costs by using a cheap PET film tape as a material. CONSTITUTION: A flexible printed circuit board(PCB) manufacturing method comprises the following steps: a copper plate(23) is adhered to an upper part of a PET film tape(20); an upper side of the PET film tape is processed; an adhesive(22) is coated in an upper end of a processing surface; in a processing, one is selected among a primer processing, a corona processing, and a surface scratching; and the adhesive of a fixed amount is coated in an upper side of the PET film tape.
