PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image printing device capable of enhancing concealability so that information of characters and figures cannot be recognized even if a viewing angle is changed.

SOLUTION: An image printing device for printing a dye layer forming an image and an overcoat layer for protecting the dye layer on a printed matter includes: a dividing means for dividing first image data into a plurality of areas; a generating means for generating third image data by arranging second image data between the first image data divided by the dividing means; and a printing means for printing the third image data by setting a non-printing area in which the overcoat layer is not printed on the second image data in the third image data generated by the generating means.
