<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition which gives an image having excellent water resistance, solvent resistance and blocking resistance and is appropriate for image formation using an inkjet method, and also to provide an image forming method using the ink composition and printed matter. <P>SOLUTION: The ink composition includes (a) a polymer compound having a repeating unit with a partial structure represented by formula (1) and at least one selected from a perfluoroalkyl group and a dialkylsiloxane structure and (b) water. In formula (1), R<SP POS="POST">a</SP>and R<SP POS="POST">b</SP>each independently represents a hydrogen atom or a 1-4C alkyl group and at least one of R<SP POS="POST">a</SP>and R<SP POS="POST">b</SP>is a 1-4C alkyl group, R<SP POS="POST">a</SP>and R<SP POS="POST">b</SP>may be bonded with each other to form four- to six-membered ring, and * shows a binding site between the main chain and a side chain of the polymer compound. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
