<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foaming cream-like composition decreased in bitter taste while containing gallate-type catechins, having no unpleasant taste while containing collagen, excellent in health promotion effect and beauty effect, and having whipped cream-like sensual characteristics by whipping, to provide a method for producing the composition, to provide a whipped cream-like composition containing completely no fat, or remarkably decreased in fat content, and to provide a method for producing low fat whipped cream suppressed in a fat content while retaining texture and flavor. <P>SOLUTION: This foaming cream-like composition includes as the essential ingredients, three kinds of (a) gallate-type catechins, (b) collagen, and (c) gum arabic, and has a moisture value of 25-70 wt.%. The whipped cream-like composition is obtained by aeration of the foaming cream-like composition.
