<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent tilting of packing boxes located at higher positions even when a large number of packing boxes are stacked, and package the entire packing boxes stably, orderly and beautifully. <P>SOLUTION: In a packing box, an upper inner panel, an upper inner side panel, a bottom panel, an upper outer side panel and an upper outer panel are installed in a line via fold lines in a sheet-shaped material. upper side panels are installed at both ends in the direction perpendicular to the line of the upper inner panel, upper inner side panel flaps are installed at both ends of the upper inner side panel, bottom side panels are installed at both ends of the bottom panel, and upper outer side panel flaps are installed at both ends of the upper outer side panel. At least each of the upper side panels and each of the bottom side panels are stuck to each other.
