摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-weight and flexible photoelectric conversion element. <P>SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion element 1 comprises a power storage part 10, a light-reception part 20, a semiconductor layer 40 and an expanded graphite sheet 3. The power storage part 10 includes a positive electrode 2, a negative electrode 4 and an electrolyte 6. The electrolyte 6 is arranged between the positive electrode 2 and the negative electrode 4. The light-reception part 20 is arranged on the positive electrode 2. The light-reception part 20 is composed of a first semiconductor. The semiconductor layer 40 is arranged on the negative electrode 4. The semiconductor layer 40 is composed of a second semiconductor.
