<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking lot system capable of performing entering processing, fee adjustment and leaving processing when a user holds a portable terminal to a reader installed in a car barn, and the reader, a fee adjustment machine and a center device structuring the system. <P>SOLUTION: A parking lot system comprises a reader 20A1, a fee adjustment machine 100A and a center device 500. The reader reads terminal information from a portable terminal T. The fee adjustment machine installed in a parking lot is connected to the reader and the center device via communication line. When a user of a registered portable terminal holds the portable terminal to the reader in usage of a car barn, the terminal information and the parking lot information are transmitted to the center device. The center device transmits an authentication result of the received terminal and parking lot information to the reader. When it is authenticated, the user's vehicle is locked and the entering processing finishes. When leaving the car barn, the user holds again the portable terminal to the reader so that the authentication is performed in the same manner and the fee is adjusted, and the vehicle is unlocked, allowing the user to drive the vehicle out of the car barn. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
