<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable reproduction of a musical piece corresponding to an image so that a changeover does not occur frequently in a reproduction device capable of reproducing a musical piece together with an image, and a control method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: When image data recorded in a recording medium and associated with a feature value representing a detected subject feature at a predetermined time interval is reproduced together with a musical piece, a feature value is selected based on a statistical value of a predetermined number of feature values, and a musical piece associated with the selected feature value is reproduced together with an image. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
