<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device and the like capable of giving order depending on order in which an original biological tissue sample is sliced, to a series of sample images obtained by imaging slice samples of the biological tissue sample. <P>SOLUTION: The image processing device comprises: a component image creation part 452 which extracts at least one kind of tissue component on the basis of feature quantity of color of each pixel in an image, from multiple images corresponding to multiple slice samples obtained by slicing a biological tissue sample and performing coloring, the component image creation part 452 creating component images each of which is an image for each kind; and a continuity evaluation part 453 which has continuity evaluation algorithms 453a, 453b, ..., for evaluating continuity of the component image of the same kind among the multiple images, the continuity evaluation algorithms 453a, 453b, ... determines order of the multiple images, on the basis of the evaluation result of the continuity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
