<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an auxiliary vehicle for non-powered light work, having versatility, further high safety and excellent convenience in use. <P>SOLUTION: This vehicle is not put in the movable state by an oil actuator 103 provided below a seat 101 and stored in an air or a coiled spring as far as a user 100 does not sit on the seat 101, and the movable state follows the opening and closing degree of the oil actuator 103 provided below the seat 101 and stored in the air or the coil spring. A traveling brake hydraulic-coupled to the actuator is always controlled to prevent scudding of the akinetic power auxiliary vehicle for light work and lessen user's moving burden.
