<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature controller which enables downsizing. <P>SOLUTION: A temperature controller according to one embodiment includes: a heat conversion element; a first fin unit, a first fan, a second fin unit, and a second fan. The heat conversion element has a first surface and a second surface and is subject to an electric current to absorb heat from one of the first surface and the second surface and radiate heat from the other surface. The first fin unit has a first heat pipe thermally connected with the first surface and multiple first fins connected with the first heat pipe. The first fan allows wind to pass between the first fins. The second fin unit has a second heat pipe thermally connected with the second surface and multiple second fins connected with the second heat pipe.
