<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform accurate and careful troubleshooting speedily and efficiently by obtaining an adequate amount and adequate range of information related to a state (a change in state) of an injection molding machine necessary for the troubleshooting. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of state detection items, sampling time Ts, and data taking-in conditions are previously set, and in the troubleshooting, state detection data Dm are detected for every sampling time Ts from the injection molding machine M in operation, thereby storing the data sequentially in a first buffer 2 with a prescribed capacity of memory Tr. Moreover, when the amount of the stored data reaches the capacity of memory Tr, endless storage processing for deleting the stored state detection data Dm sequentially from the head side are performed.
