<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that conventional home cooking with a cooking pot, cooker or the like cannot divide cooking materials just right for eating for the aged, the middle-aged and infants, resulting in boiling division through twice boiling or in the use of another pot, cooker or the like, that quick cooking in immediate situations requiring for concentration cooking at lunch time or the like are required for a restaurant, lunch counter or the like, and that even energy-saving is desired. <P>SOLUTION: The single and multilayer pipe unit for feeding soup catches a part of boiling cooking soup or its appropriate amount, boiling up from the bottom of the pot, cooker or the like, which is heated by fire power or heating power of the fuel, electric power or the like and subjected to an open fire, and feeds it to the top of the cooking materials by a tool enabling to feed hot water by utilizing buoyancy of the continuing boiling soup. Thereby, the boiling soup approximately equals to that on the bottom of the pot, cooker or the like cooks up the cooking materials from the top (two-way boiling from upside/downside) to achieve quick cooking (boiling) of a part or all of the cooking materials. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
