A test bench for study of operation of a wheel with a pneumatic tire includes a rotary holder with current collector, arranged oppositely holders with frames, each of those is connected to the rotary holder by a horizontal hinge to be displaceable in vertical plane, and to the frame – by means of screw con-rods, with possibility of turn in horizontal plane and fixation of respective positions of those. A drive axle with a wheel provided with pneumatic tire and drive of the wheel are fixed on each frame. The wheels with pneumatic tires are arranged one with respect to another in such a manner that possibility of interaction of each of those with different support surfaces is provided. A diesel combustion engine is used as power equipment of the drive of the wheel with pneumatic tire, this makes it possible to increase substantially the range of the parameters of the wheel under investigation due to obtaining not only traction-adhesion, through fuel-economy characteristics of that one as well. |
