METHOD FOR PRODUCING OF ALLOYED THERMOELECTRIC LEAD TELLURIDE

摘要

A method for producing of alloyed thermoelectric lead telluride comprises the loading of starting raw material into quartz ampoule which is located in furnace with temperature exceeding the melting temperature of starting components, the ampoule is kept at this temperature, homogenize annealed and cooled on air to room temperature, then produced ingots are grinded and pressed. Lead (Pb), tellurium (Te) and antimony which correspond to stoichiometric composition of chemical compound PbTe are used as starting components.
