CLEAN BOOTH

摘要

PURPOSE: A clean booth is provided to enable independent installation in a general environment with low cleanness or a clean room because of the reduced volume and to implement partial exhaust using a differential pressure inside the booth. CONSTITUTION: A clean booth(A) comprises a main body(100), a fan filter unit(200), and a duct(300). The main body includes a clean chamber and an intake chamber. The fan filter unit is installed in the intake chamber to circulate air in the intake chamber and the clean chamber. The duct is provided in the main body to transfer air in the clean chamber to the inlet of the fan filter unit.
