FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology for production of preserves for diabetes patients nutrition. The method envisages recipe components preparation, fresh white cabbages chopping and freezing, carrots cutting and blanching and parsley greens cutting. One performs the listed components mixing with chicken eggs and salt to produce mince and paprika stuffing with the mince. One performs tomato puree and sour cream mixing and cooking to produce a sauce, stuffed paprika and sauce packing, sealing and sterilisation. Additionally, one introduces into the sauce sunflower flour that is poured with drinking water and maintained for swelling before mixing; the components are taken at the specified ratio.EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls. |
