PURPOSE: A converter for an electric circuit designed to supply electric driving power by being mounted on a vehicle is provided to reduce the volume of a magnetic material, by using a high saturation material. CONSTITUTION: Two inductor elements(902,904) are connected to a transistor. The transistor controls a current flowing in the inductor elements. The inductor elements form a magnetic circuit(900). Apparent inductance is alternatively controlled according to a common mode of specific inductance. The apparent inductance is alternatively controlled according to a differential mode of leakage inductance.
