PURPOSE: A program operation method is provided to perform mobile phone payment by generating and offering OTP(One Time Password) according to an authentication result to a mobile phone. CONSTITUTION: A server supplies an OTP medium registration interface inputting/registering OTP medium information(300). An OTP registration terminal configures OTP medium information through the OTP medium registration interface and transmits the information to a server(310). The server supplies the mobile phone identification information and client information to a server of a service provider and checks the validity of the OTP medium used in the mobile phone(315). The server provides OTP medium error information to the OTP registration terminal(325). The server confirms preparation of an OTP agent corresponding to a mobile phone configuration(340).
