FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: proposed pump consists of housing and cover lined by polyurethane elastomer, impeller with front and rear discs and blades with curvilinear generating lines of their outer and inner surfaces, drive shaft, inlet and scroll outlet. Blade outer surface is formed by curvilinear generatrix defined as the curve of abrasive wear plotted by developed relationships relating parameters of generating surface to future wear parameters. Note here that generating lines of working surfaces define expected wear depth depending on wear resistance of material and blade profile on rear side taken as optimum magnitude. With working surface wear along wear intensity curve, surface initial configuration varies to approximate to optimum configuration.EFFECT: higher stability and safety, longer life.5 cl, 8 dwg |
