<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effervescent beverage and a method for producing the effervescent beverage having improved characteristics by imparting a bitter taste. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the effervescent beverage using a plant raw material liquid includes using a bitter taste raw material in the amount to make the bitterness value of the effervescent beverage 25 or more, to produce the effervescent beverage with an alcohol content of less than 1 vol.%, pH of less than 4 and the bitterness value of 25 or more without carrying out alcohol fermentation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
