<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire vulcanization device 1 capable of suppressing ruggedness of a tire surface. <P>SOLUTION: The tire vulcanization device 1 includes a mold 2, bladders 3, 4 arranged on an inner surface side of the mold 2, and a clamp 5 for fitting the bladders 3, 4 to the mold 2. The bladders 3, 4 sre arranged inside a green tire 10 during vulcanization of a tire, and press the green tire 10 against an inner surface of the mold 2. The tire vulcanization device includes the main bladder 3 and auxiliary bladder 4, in which the auxiliary bladder 4 is mounted inside the green tire 10 during the vulcanization, and also arranged overlapping the outside of the main bladder 3, a thickness Gs of a region of the auxiliary bladder 4 corresponding to a tire width maximum position MV is thicker than a thickness Gc of a region corresponding to a tread center TC. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
