<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a magnetic flux generated by a coil may affect an external electronic component, when the coil is wound around the outer leg of a magnetic core. <P>SOLUTION: A coil WR for reactor is connected with one terminals of a pair of coils W1, W2 for transformer having the other terminals connected with respective joints of switching elements Sn1, Sn2 and diodes Dp1, Dp2. The coil WR for reactor is penetrated by the foot 21, the coil W1 for transformer is penetrated by the foot 22, and the coil W2 for transformer is penetrated by the feet 21, 22.
