<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a laminated inductor element, capable of easily dividing a mother board into individual pieces and forming a laminated inductor element with high quality. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a laminated inductor element comprises: forming a mother board 100 laminated in order of a first nonmagnetic material layer 121, a first magnetic material layer 111, a second nonmagnetic material layer 122, a second magnetic material layer 112 and a third nonmagnetic material layer 123; forming a groove 140 for dividing the mother board 100 into individual pieces on the first nonmagnetic material layer 121 of the mother board 100; sintering the mother board 100 with the formed groove 140; contacting the surface of the mother board 100 after sintering on the side of the third nonmagnetic material layer 123 with a diamond scriber 200 at a predetermined pressing force, where thereby, a crack 150 is generated approximately along a lamination direction from the contact position; breaking the mother board 100 so as to connect the crack 150 and the groove 140 by applying bending stress to the mother board 100 from the outside thereof; and dividing the mother board 100 into individual pieces of a plurality of laminated inductor elements. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
