<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crushing treatment apparatus which can prevent the production of fire inside a crusher beforehand by predicting the possibility of the generation of fire in advance for disposal electric products or the like inside the crusher. <P>SOLUTION: The crushing treatment apparatus 10 includes (A) a crusher 21 for crushing disposal electric products including iron members, (B) a temperature controller 22 equipped in the crusher 21 and for controlling the temperature of the disposal electric products during crush, (C) a sorting apparatus 31 for sorting iron pieces from the crushed disposal electric products, (D) a conveying apparatus 41 for conveying the sorted iron pieces, (E) an iron piece detection-temperature measurement apparatus 51 for detecting the iron pieces and measuring the temperature of the iron pieces under being conveyed in the conveying apparatus 41 and (F) a predicting means 61 for predicting the generation number of the iron pieces which comes to be higher than a given temperatures within the crusher based on the temperature of the measured iron pieces. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
