PURPOSE: A thickening polysaccharide with enhanced dispersibility is provided to prevent the formation of lumps. CONSTITUTION: A thickening polysaccharide with enhanced dispersibility comprises a ratio of starch degraded products and thickening polysaccharide of 5:45. 0.5-40 parts by mass of metal salt is included for 100 parts by mass of starch degraded products. The metal salt is chosen from calcium salt, sodium salt, potassium salt and magnesium salt.
