PURPOSE: A color grater for home appliances and a manufacturing method are provided to include a property of matter such as excellent gloss, corrosion resistance, and surface hardness when only 2 coat 2 bake method is used. CONSTITUTION: Primer paint is coated on a base grater(301), and the base grater is dried so that a lower primer layer is formed. After upper paint is coated on the lower primer layer, the lower primer layer is dried in order to form an upper paint layer. After clear paint is coated on the upper paint layer, and the upper paint layer is dried in order to form a clear layer. The lower primer layer is comprised of polyester resin, dihydro former hexafluoro titanate, zinc bis, phosphate transport manganese, SiO 2, and solvent.
