<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording device capable of suppressing a paper sheet of an improper length from easily entering the device through a hand insertion opening when a paper sheet is inserted through the hand insertion opening. <P>SOLUTION: An inkjet printer is configured to feed the paper sheet from the hand insertion opening 10 in a hand insertion fashion with a rotatable hand insertion tray 11 opened. A pair of first conveying rollers 17 are provided downstream from the hand insertion opening 10, and a restriction member 15 which restricts the movement of the paper sheet inserted from the hand insertion opening 10 to a downstream side is provided in a paper sheet path between the pair of first conveying rollers 17 and the hand insertion opening 10. Consequently, even if a user puts a hand away from the paper sheet after inserting the front end of the paper sheet into the hand insertion opening 10, the front end of the paper sheet is engaged which the restriction member 15 to prevent the paper sheet from entering (falling) the device as it is. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
