<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixer drum device in which an accommodated substance such as concrete hardly sticks between blades and which has enhanced cleanability. <P>SOLUTION: The mixer drum device 9 for mixing accommodated substances includes: a rotatable drum 10 which has an open end 11 at one end and which accommodates the accommodated substances therein; a plurality of helical blades 20, 30 each having a phase difference to the inside of the drum 10; and an inlet seal 40 which is provided at the open end 11 of the drum 10 and connected to one part of the blades 20, 30.
