PROCESSED TURBAN SHELL AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processed turban shell that can be preserved at room temperature for a long time while held in a storage container and that can be taken out of the storage container and eaten directly.

SOLUTION: The processed turban shell has a body 2a cut while the operculum 3 and the innards 4 are removed from a boiled turban shell body 1. The body 2a is sprinkled with salt and ethanol and so can be preserved for a long period of time at room temperature and can be eaten directly when taken out of a resin bag 5 serving as its storage container.
