<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To represent schedules managed by different project management methods so that they can be compared. <P>SOLUTION: A schedule information conversion device includes: a CCPM schedule information storage unit in which CCPM schedule information associating a buffer period assigned to a project, assigned periods assigned to individual tasks of the project, and remaining periods remaining before completion of the individual tasks with each other is stored; a WF schedule information storage unit in which WF schedule information associating, per task of the project, the assigned periods including buffer periods assigned to tasks and progress rates of the tasks with each other is stored; and a schedule information conversion unit which generates WF schedule information on the basis of the CCPM schedule information stored in the CCPM schedule information storage unit and stores the generated WF schedule information in the WF schedule information storage unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
