LIGHTING DAMAGE PREDICTION DEVICE, METHOD AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more accurately predict an occurrence frequency of lighting accident failures in consideration of characteristics of lighting.

SOLUTION: Lighting energy information indicating lighting energy in a communication service provision area is acquired from lighting data (concerning at least an occurrence date, a location of each lighting and a maximum current value in the occurrence) and equipment data (concerning at least a location of the communication service provision area and the number of pieces of equipment provided in the area). Service area information indicating the total number of the pieces of equipment in the area and their locations is acquired from the equipment data. A frequency of failure occurrence in the equipment due to lighting in the area is predicted on the basis of the lighting energy information and the service area information.
