METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MEASURING RADIATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple method and an apparatus capable of narrowing candidates of a radiation source even under a situation where the radiation source is unknown.

SOLUTION: A radiation detection target area is divided into cells, a radiation detector 3 for detecting radiation from a predetermined angle area is used, a radiation detection angle area obtained by arranging the radiation detector on the detection target area is written on the cells, and detection angle areas measured on a plurality of points P1, P2 of the detection target area are superposed together on the cells to estimate a radiation source position.
