<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change an illumination device of an existing direct illumination system already installed by covering over a lower part of the ceiling of a room, with that of an indirect illumination system. <P>SOLUTION: The fixture is structured with a magnet piece attached to an inside of an underside of a ceiling illumination cover, and a reflecting plate attached to an underside of the ceiling illumination cover in a state attracted to the magnet piece. The reflecting plate is to be formed in a size enough to envelop the ceiling illumination cover, having a light reflecting layer formed on a top face side and a magnetic substance piece to be attracted to the magnet piece attached at a top-side center part.
