<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parting method for a permanent magnet used for a rotor in which a permanent magnet is not caught when inserted into a magnet insertion hole and motor characteristics are prevented from decreasing by reducing unbalancing of the rotor due to leakage of magnet powder which may be produced during parting from the magnet insertion hole. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the parting method for the permanent magnet used for the rotor such that a rotor main body 10 has a plurality of magnet insertion holes 12 and a permanent magnet 13 is inserted into each magnet insertion hole 12. Cuts 16, 17 for axially guiding axial fracture are made in parts of the permanent magnet 13, and after the permanent magnet 13 is inserted into the magnet insertion hole 12, the permanent magnet 13 is parted by applying stress to the cuts 16, 17 and then sealed with resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
