<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform a player that a variable probability mode is set on with a presentation content full of amusement. <P>SOLUTION: A battle scene is displayed in an ornament symbol display during a jackpot game. The battle scene is a presentation showing whether the variable probability mode is set on or not. A light absorbing image in which light is absorbed into an upper special winning hole is displayed in the ornament symbol display while the battle scene is displayed. The light absorbing image is to urge the player to move the eyes from the ornament symbol display to the upper special winning hole. When the variable probability mode is set on, the upper special winning hole is opened for a long time after displaying the light absorbing image.
