<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily change from power running to regeneration or from regeneration to power running in a DC-DC converter. <P>SOLUTION: A DC-DC converter is configured that includes a voltage-type power converter at the primary side of a transformer and a current-type power converter at the secondary side of the transformer. A controller generates a first operation amount on the basis of a voltage value at an input/output end of the voltage-type power converter, generates a second operation amount on the basis of a voltage value at an input/output end of the current-type power converter, and generates a command value for PWM control or PFM control on the basis of the first operation amount, the second operation amount, and an input/output current at the input/output end of the current-type power converter or the voltage-type power converter.
