A device for temperature measurement relates to interferential thermometry and can be used for control and measurement of temperatures of different objects and wells, in particular under conditions of increased electromagnetic fields and ionizing media. The subject of the invention is in that the thermo-sensitive element combines light-distribution cube and thermo-sensitive one- or multi-layer film, over the last one reflecting coatings are applied, and interference takes place inside the light-distribution cube with output of resultant signal to photo-receiver. |
