A method for the secondary reconstruction of the breast comprises the transposition of the cutaneous-muscular flap of the rectus muscle of abdomen into mastectomy area. The fat tailored from the upper part of the flap is fixed to musculus pectoralis major shaping the projections of the upper pole of the breast. |
