PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating water containing foul components and other water-containing waste more easily than the prior art. SOLUTION: The method for treating the water-containing waste 1 includes a moisture reducing process for bringing unslaked lime 2 into contact with the water-containing waste 1, and a reclaiming process for reclaiming unslaked lime 2 by heating slaked lime 3 at a temperature not lower than the decomposition temperature of the slaked lime 3 produced by the water absorption reaction of the unslaked lime 2. In the reclaiming process, the slaked lime 3 and a granular heating medium 4 are heated. The granular heating medium may be air-blown in the reclaiming process. COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
