PURPOSE: A backflow prevention device of a rock drill is provided to prevent damage to the rock drill caused by a backflow of molten metal in advance as the movable ball moves and stops the molten metal when the molten metal flows backward by the inner pressure of a furnace right after penetrating through an iron notch. CONSTITUTION: A backflow prevention device of a rock drill comprises a bit rod(100), a bit body(200), and a movable ball(300). A rod path(110) for receiving high-pressure nitrogen and water penetrates through the center of the bit rod. The bit body includes a rail groove unit(210) of a predetermined space on the rear inner side and a body path(220) connected to the rail groove unit. The bit body is joined to the bit rod so that the road path and the rail groove unit are joined to the bit rod. The movable ball is mounted in the rail groove unit to be movable forward and backward. The movable ball includes a supply path(310) which guides the high-pressure nitrogen and the water to one side when the movable ball moves to the front side.
