<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain construction of a writing utensil in which the outer edges of the front and rear end edges of a genuine leather sheet adhered to a barrel body are not noticeable, the sheet is prevented from being rolled up and peeling off from the outer edges of the front and rear end edges, and the fingers hardly slip and a seam in the circumferential direction of the genuine leather sheet is hardly noticeable even when the genuine leather sheet is arranged in a holding section of the writing utensil. <P>SOLUTION: The thickness of a lapping section in the circumferential direction of the genuine leather sheet 8 excepting the front and rear end edges 83, 84 and the thickness of the genuine leather sheet are made equal to each other, the thickness of the lapping section in the circumferential direction of the genuine leather sheet in the front and rear end edges is made thinner than the thickness of the genuine leather sheet, a front cylindrical member 5 and a rear cylindrical member 3 are arranged on the front and rear sides of the genuine leather sheet, and the front and rear end edges of the genuine leather sheet are covered with the front cylindrical member and the rear cylindrical member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
