<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve good finish without insufficient baking at a back side of a cooked object regardless of large or small of a loading amount. <P>SOLUTION: The more the loading amount of a cooked object 4 determined by a loading amount determining means 15 for determining a quantity of the cooked object 4 is, the more a heating output of a lower heating means 6 is increased by a control means 11, thus the lowering of a temperature rising speed of a heating plate 7 for cooking can be prevented even when the loading amount of the cooked object 4 is increased, and the insufficient baking of the back side kept into contact with the heating plate 7 for cooking can be prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
