<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the output of a gas turbine from being destabilized even when a load is suddenly reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The valve control device 50 is provided on a gas turbine 12 including: a combustor 22 which generates combustion gas by combusting fuel; a turbine 24 which is driven by the combustion gas generated by the combustor 22; a flow adjusting valve 42 which adjusts the flow rate of the fuel to be supplied to the combustor 22; and a pressure adjusting valve 44 which is disposed on the upstream side of the flow adjusting valve 42 in a fuel flow passage 40 for supplying the fuel to the combustor 22 to adjust the fuel pressure, wherein the valve control device controls the opening of the pressure adjusting valve 44. The valve control device 50 includes a load reduction detection unit 52 which detects a reduction in load of the gas turbine 12; and a pressure control unit 56 which controls, when the load reduction is detected by the load reduction detection unit 52, the opening of the pressure adjusting valve 44 according to the output of the gas turbine 12 after the load reduction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
