<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a semiconductor paste which has a cellulose polymer well dissolved therein, and which is excellent in the suitability to coating in screen printing and in the stability of viscosity; a porous body formed from the semiconductor paste; and a dye-sensitized solar battery with the porous body used therein. <P>SOLUTION: (1)The semiconductor paste comprises: semiconductor fine particles; a cellulose polymer; a polyhydric alcohol; and an organic solvent other than the polyhydric alcohol. In the semiconductor paste, the total content of the polyhydric alcohol and the organic solvent is 60-82 wt%; the content of the polyhydric alcohol is 2-40 wt%; and the content of the organic solvent is 20-80 wt%. (2)The semiconductor paste includes, to 100 pts.wt. of the semiconductor fine particles, 20-60 pts.wt. of the cellulose polymer, 10-270 pts.wt. of the polyhydric alcohol, and 130-520 pts.wt. of the organic solvent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
