A method for obtaining haploid miscanthus plants comprises preliminary cold treatment of initial material, sterilizing the material, excising unfertilized seed germs, making nutrient media. In doing so segments of panicle of miscanthus, which are sterilized with a solution of Belizna, a bleaching agent, are used as an explant, cultivation is carried out in darkness, to induce morphogenesis on modified Murashige-Skoog nutrient medium adding BA, IAA, drop and sucrose. |
