A method for diagnostics of insufficiency of connective-tissue component of vagina wall at prolapse of genitals and enuresis in women through diagnostics by the method of Stokes-phasometry of its birefrigent fibrillar structure includes probing with laser beam of biological tissue section, projecting laser image to plane of digital camera through polarization filter, measurement of coordinate distributions of components of intensity with different polarizations. The object is probed with radiation of low-coherence semiconductor laser diode with wavelength 0.64 µm. A parallel polarized laser beam with right circular polarization is formed by means of a micro-lens with angular aperture matched with scattering indicatrix of laser beam. Image of optically anisotropic layer is formed in plane of the digital light-sensitive chamber that contains, each of those has spatial resolution of. Two coordinate distributions of intensity of laser image of optically anisotropic layer are measured by means of orthogonal polarization analysis. Value of phase element of the Muller matrix is calculated, on the basis of that a phase tomogram is obtained. |
