METHOD FOR CRYOPRESERVATION OF SPERM OF DOGS

A method for cryopreservation of the sperm of dogs comprises centrifugation for 5 minutes, dilution with diluent, freezing in liquid nitrogen vapors for 10 minutes. Half of supernatant (plasma) is frozen at the temperature of 20 °C. The other half of the sample is pipetted in plasma sample with addition of the diluent at a 1:1 ratio. The samples are filled into 2-mL tubes, equilibrated for 20 minutes at the temperature of 5 °C and frozen in liquid nitrogen vapors for 20 minutes.
