An exhaust manifold for a vehicle is provided to minimize deformation due to high-temperature to maintain airtightness of a sealing portion through fabricating an outer flange of the exhaust manifold with a combination of an SUS material thin plate flange and a SPHC material spacer. An exhaust manifold for a vehicle comprises an outer flange(10) coupled to a front pipe. The outer flange is prepared by combining a thin plate flange(11) made of ferrite SUS material with an SPHC material spacer(12). The thin plate flange and the spacer are coupled with each other by clinching the thin plate flange to the spacer such that the thin plate flange is able to be fixed to the spacer. The SPHC material spacer is inserted into a groove of the thin plate flange and fixed at least two clinching portion(14). |
