PURPOSE: A user memo processing method and an apparatus thereof are provided to increase learning ability by taking notes on a screen in a state for displaying raw learning data. CONSTITUTION: A touch panel(110) divides a part of a screen into an input area and a display area. A contact sensing unit(120) senses user contact according to taking notes of a user through the input area. A figure generating unit(130) generates a taking notes shape according to sense of user contact. A figure converting unit(140) converts the taking notes shape into image or text data. A storing utni(170) stores the image or text data.
